When does ROI begin?+
ROI begins only when an administrator approves your deposit. The first daily run is then processed by WP-Cron.
What is the return cap?+
Each package stops automatically when the total returned amount reaches 2× the original principal.
How do withdrawals work?+
You request a withdrawal from your wallet. The request is held for administrator approval, and a 10% fee is deducted from the requested amount.
What is the minimum withdrawal?+
The default minimum is $50. Your administrator can change this in Settings.
How are referral commissions calculated?+
Approved deposits generate one commission per eligible sponsor level using the configured five-level rates.
Do upgrades or expired packages affect my team?+
No. Your Network Tree and previously earned Team Bonus remain permanently attached to your account. An approved upgrade or repurchase also creates a fresh normal five-level Team Bonus event.
What happens when there are fewer than five sponsors?+
The administrator has no upline, so each direct admin referral receives all configured Levels 1–5. When a member refers someone, the member receives Level 1, the next upline receives Level 2, and the administrator receives the remaining levels.
